Most internships, especially in artistic industries, are located in big cities like London or Manchester. People living outside these cities have to pay for travel and accommodation, not to mention the cost of living. This makes unpaid internships unaffordable. By making students and graduates who have paid a lot of money for their education pay for travel and living expenses to get critical work experience seems very unfair.
